Background
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
www.AuthorityDaily.com (referred to as “The Site”) allow individuals and companies to self-publish stories and posts.
The Site is collectively owned by Authority Daily (henceforth referred to as “Authority Daily”).
Contributor agreement
Any content that any individual (henceforth referred to as a “Contributor”) may post on any of The Site is subject to the terms of the below. By posting on our site, you agree to all the following:
- Contributor grants Authority Daily the exclusive, irrevocable, non-expiring, perpetual, worldwide right to the posts created by Contributor to publish, syndicate, and distribute all or a portion of the Posts in any language, worldwide, on any medium, website, social network, or anywhere else Authority Daily shall choose in the future.
- Contributor grants Authority Daily the right to use Contributor’s name, likeness, information about Contributor or Interviewee, photos, and the logo of Contributor’s website, if applicable, in connection with the Posts.
- Contributor represents and warrants that as a Contributor and true author of the content posted that you have the right to grant these rights; that the Posts are original, not published elsewhere; that they do not knowingly contain any untrue or false statements, invade any right of privacy, or infringe upon any statutory or common-law copyright or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; and that all statements in the Posts that are asserted as facts are true and/or based upon reasonable research for accuracy.
- Contributor agrees and understands that a violation of any of the rules may constitute a termination of the contributor’s account, as well as the deletion of the infringing posts (or the entire account) without any right to a refund or remedy. Authority Daily may transfer these rights in the event of a sale to a third party.
- Contributor agrees to cooperate in the defense of any legal action brought against Authority Daily from the publication of the Posts. You agree to reveal to Authority Daily any actual or potential conflict of interest, including but not limited to any financial interest in any product, website, partnership, firm, or commercial venture relating to the subject of the Posts.
- Contributor grants Authority Daily the right to edit the content, disclaimers, images, and/or advertisements on any post or page at any point for any reason.
- Authority Daily reserves the right to remove or edit from The Site any of the Posts that violate its publishing standards, as determined solely by Authority Daily. Contributor shall have no refund under any circumstance (even in the case of post deletion), all sales are final.
- Authority Daily makes no warranty that the posts will remain live or crawlable for any length of time. Authority Daily may cease to exist, get acquired or deleted.
